The call of the sea came to Penny Warner and Julian Wall 25 years ago. Fed up with city life and with a new baby, the couple decided the time was right to move closer to family and spend more time by the coast. Setting their sights on the slightly sleepy seaside town of Hythe on the Kent coast, the family took baby steps, starting out with a cottage to get a taster of coastal living before packing their bags to move to the seaside for good.
