My day in cups of tea

We asked aromatherapist Vanessa Afful about how she spends her day in cuppas – and for a few suggestions to help us relax into summer

Tell us about your morning cuppa. My first cuppa's a cup of hot water, often with mint leaves or sliced ginger. I make it after my meditation practice, before I hit the yoga mat for a quick stretch. Limbered up, what's next? As an aromatherapist/massage therapist, my work is varied. If I'm working at my therapy rooms, I drop my son at the bus stop so he can get to school, and I'll walk to work. If I'm making aromatherapy products, working on my business, or sending out products, I'll work from home.
