The recipes in the second Itsu cookbook are big on flavour, simple to prepare and quick to cook. Curries, soups and broths are spiced with coriander and turmeric and a sprinkle of chilli. Many of the ingredients are cupboard staples, but even the less-familiar can be found in supermarkets.
