The founder of Menopause cafés

Rachel Weiss had been hosting Death Cafés – pop-up discussion groups about dying – in her hometown of Perth, Scotland, for a couple of years, but when she saw a TV documentary about menopause in 2017, she had a revelation. As she watched, she realised menopause was another taboo that people don't talk about, so she put a post on Facebook to see if anyone wanted to talk about it, expecting no one to turn up.
