Store CUPBOARD SUMS Natural vapour rub* Sterilise an airtight glass bottle with stopper. In the bottle combine 125ml carrier oil (such as avocado or coconut oil), and 10 drops each of the following essential oils: clove, lemon, peppermint, eucalyptus. Fasten with stopper, and shake well before use. To ease a night-time cough, rub generously onto the soles of the feet then cover with socks. Alternatively, rub on the chest to help ease congestion. Use within one year. For a solid rub, melt 15g of beeswax gently into the oil before adding essential oils and pouring into a container to set.
