WELLBEING Christmas is round the corner and while people all around are busy making plans, shopping for presents and dusting off their sparkly tops, many will be looking ahead with sadness because somebody is missing from their celebrations. If you're feeling the absence of someone special this Christmas, it helps to be prepared for the emotions that might arise and to have some strategies in place to help you feel stronger and more supported.
