GOOD THINGS TO EAT & DRINK Mozzarella balls & pineapple sticks There's not a foil covered hedgehog in sight as this old-school party favourite gets a modern feel. Serves 4-6 Quarter of a pineapple, outer skin removed, flesh cubed 125g mozzarella pearls Cocktail sticks 1 In a dry, hot frying pan add the pineapple cubes and cook each side for 1-2 mins, or until lightly charred. 2 Remove to a side plate, and when cool enough to handle, add one mozzarella ball and one pineapple cube to a cocktail stick, arrange on a platter to serve.
