PAVING THE WAY How one artist is taking street art quite literally A ll across Europe, potholes are being repaired with beautiful mosaics and tiling. They’re the work of French street artist EMemem, who calls the art of making the bright patches in paving Flacking, a play on the French word flaque, which means puddle.
