How does your day begin? Mornings have a fairly leisurely pace in our house. The kids are home educated, so there’s no mad rush to get out of the door. I have a cuppa first and sit for a few minutes before contemplating breakfast. You make Christmas puddings – you must be pretty busy this time of year. Yes, our business is about as seasonal as it gets. Almost all our orders come in between October and Christmas, and that’s when it gets really manic.
