Rosemary placecards You will need: thick paper or card fresh rosemary sprigs Tools for the job: hole-punch scissors or craft knife pen 1 Cut out a piece of thick paper or card to 9cm x 15cm. 2 Trim a sprig of rosemary so that it is a little longer than the width of your card. 3 Using a hole-punch, make two holes towards the top of your card. 4 Place a sprig of rosemary centrally on the card and pick off the leaves at either end so that the rosemary needles are between the punched holes and the rest is just stalk. 5 Thread the rosemary through the holes. 6 Write your dinner guests’ names on the cards in your best handwriting.
