Store CUPBOARD SUMS Sparkling hops water Boil 500ml water then allow to cool for a few minutes. Put 1 tbsp organic dried hops (buy online or in brewing shops) into a heatproof jug. Pour over the water and stir. Leave to steep for 5–10 mins. Strain out the hops (compost if you can). Add a squeeze of lemon juice, stir the mixture and pop it into the fridge to cool completely. To drink, dilute 1 part hop water to 2 parts sparkling water. Put the rest of your undiluted hop tea in a jar in the fridge: it lasts for about five days.
