There is little to be delighted about in an airport at midnight, but I have a deep affinity with the people still dressed like they’re on holiday somewhere wonderfully sunny. While floppy hats and souvenir necklaces tend to look a little out of place after you’ve landed back home, wanting to hold onto that holiday feeling for as long as possible is something that I really appreciate. Give me fun, fruity drinks (with a cocktail umbrella), a summer hits playlist, and an abundance of tropical prints.
Whether it’s muted palm leaf prints or something more vibrant, a good tropical print can make me feel like I’ve got plans to go dancing by a pool even if I have to spend an hour standing in the Post Office queue. My favourite –…
