The long balmy nights and light-filled mornings of high summer shine fresh perspectives on the everyday, bringing with them a heightened sense of wellbeing. This month we’re lucky enough to have around six more daylight hours than a mid-winter day, allowing us the freedom to be outdoors more and to be spontaneous. Taking our cue from the sun, moon and stars, this is a great time for small, mindful adventures – no need to pack a bag or travel very far. Take advantage of stretchy summer time by turning your day upside down, getting up early or heading out for an evening adventure. You’ll find hidden magic waiting to be discovered at dawn, dusk and night, outside of the nine-to-five, and often right on your doorstep away from the well…
