Does anyone ever turn down the suggestion of an ice cream? From childhood concoctions with sprinkles and sauces to local as you like, dairy-fresh, ices are the best pick-me-up on hot summer days. We all have a go-to flavour but really there are two camps; vanilla rippled with some sort of berry or full-on coffee and chocolate variations.
