Draw a picture and share it with others If you’re shy about expressing your creativity, you’ll probably find this embarrassing, but it can be a great way to nudge you out of your comfort zone. You could also do this with a piece of writing, such as a poem. Pick whatever creative outlet you find the most challenging. Have a culture day Pick a random country you don’t know a lot about and explore its culture. Listen to music from there while cooking a traditional dish. Learn some of the language and try to watch a film or TV show from there. This is a creative and educational challenge.
