When I Feel Brave Britta Teckentrup £12.99 Prestel This illustrations in this book are beautiful and powerful. You can really feel the fear before the character feels brave. The message I feel is for older children, ages 6 upwards. At only 4, Ewan was scared of this book and the message at the end was beautifully written but he didn't really understand the metaphor it used. I will be putting this book away until he is older and will try again. It is very atmospheric and beautifully illustrated.
