Abstract: As the boundaries between traditional and digital artistic expression blurs, the article explores the unique vulnerabilities introduced by technological advancements and the digital landscape. By analyzing recent case studies and notable incidents, we aim to dissect the methods employed by fraudsters to exploit the nuances of both traditional and digital art markets, as well as considering preventive measures both financial and emotional.
