Sweet dreams
Having trouble falling asleep? Try misting your pillow with a lavender oil spray (from supermarkets) before you get into bed.

To prevent static in dry winter weather, rub lightly lotioned hands over your pants or pantyhose to prevent shirts or dresses from clinging.

If it’s hard to see inside dark wardrobes or cupboards, try stick-on battery-powered or rechargeable LED lights – they’re inexpensive and easy to install.
Child’s play
Use painter’s tape to outline ‘roads’ for toy cars on your hard floor or carpet– keeps small children amused and can be removed easily.
