Babies on board

The arrival of a new baby bongo antelope, which is a critically endangered species, has been a cause for celebration at Warsaw Zoo. The as-yet unnamed bongo (far left) arrived in June and antelope zookeeper Magdalena Smolinksa said, “The little one has already exchanged kisses with her dad.” The birth marks the second new arrival in three months for the zoo, which is dedicated to protecting species.
