Mini-burgers de veau au chabichou

Niveau : facile Préparation : 20 mn Cuisson : 11 mn POUR 4 PERSONNES • 8 mini-pains ronds pour hamburgers • 450g de veau haché • 1 chabichou du Poitou AOP • 2 cuil. à soupe d’huile d’olive • 1 cuil. à soupe de menthe ciselée • 1/2 oignon rouge • 2 gousses d’ail • Quelques feuilles de salade • 3 pincées de piment d’Espelette • 1 avocat • 4 tomates cerises • 1 petit oignon • 1/2 bouquet de coriandre • 1/2 citron vert • Sel Préchauffez le four à 170 °C (th. 5-6). Écrasez la chair de l’avocat à la fourchette. Ajoutez l’oignon haché, les tomates cerises concassées, 1 gousse d’ail pelé, dégermé et haché, la coriandre ciselée, le jus et le zeste du citron.
