1 1 Turn on the lights. Mount your DSLR on a tripod and pop this tripod onto your tabletop above the lightbox. Level off the tripod head until your Canon is parallel with the table. You may need to lower the camera later on, so that you can get close enough to your leaf. 2 Pop your leaf onto the lightbox under your lens. If you have one, use a macro lens to fill the frame with your subject. You can also attach a close-up filter. They either screw or clip onto the lens and enable it to focus more closely.
