The new LV Volt jewellery collection by Louis Vuitton is an energetic, edgy take on the brand’s iconic initials

Louis Vuitton’s initials are linked up, taken apart, turned upside down and more to depict movement and energy in LV Volt, the brand’s new collection of unisex jewellery. Francesca Amfitheatrof, Louis Vuitton’s artistic director for watches and jewellery, manipulated the letters in a variety of ways to create modern, mix-and-match designs. The LV Volt One range features a small v cradling a diamond incorporated within a capital L, which can be worn as a series of pendants in white, rose and yellow gold, all with an adjustable chain. In the LV Volt Upside Down, the L and V are combined to resemble a thunderbolt or pulse line, a design that is particularly striking when worn as a pendant set with diamonds and attached to a yellow gold chain; the same…
