It was no ordinary night of electronic beats, creative cocktails and dancing. Audemars Piguet’s AP x Music event in Switzerland in September saw Tatler and other guests from around the world converge on Lake Lucerne. Invited by the watch brand, the mastermind behind this musical collaboration, attendees took a 30-minute ferry ride across the scenic lake, followed by an ascent by funicular to the Bürgenstock mountain resort—a historic destination long favoured for summer getaways and ski holidays. We arrived to the sight of a stage set against the majestic backdrop of the Bürgenstock peak, a striking contrast to the edgy rebellious nature of the electronic music that was being performed.
