Galaxy Macau Presents Off Menu, a one-of-a-kind festival of gastronomy being brought to Macau and the Greater Bay Area by Tatler Dining, will feature the region’s culinary superstars at Banyan Tree at Galaxy Macau, from November 8 to 10. Off Menu, which made its Macau debut last year, reveals a line-up of the most exciting personalities in Asia’s dining scene today. It will see talented headline chefs create dishes and drinks that are only available at the festival—and never to be featured at their own establishments.
