The latest creation from Ferretti Yachts’ historic boatyard combines comfort and performance with signature made-in-Italy style

One of the main topics of conversation among the cognoscenti at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival was Ferretti Yachts 860, the latest creation from the legendary Italian boatyard. Measuring just under 27 metres long and weighing in at 100 tonnes, the new model is equipped with a brace of MAN V12 engines, which enable a cruising speed of 27 knots and a top speed of 32 knots. The 475 sq ft flybridge is the jewel in the yacht’s design crown, with ample space for drinks at the bar, relaxing on deck or lingering over a meal—and for the first time, there’s even room for an optional hot tub.
