Favourite mode of transport? The Star Ferry and the “ding ding” [tram]. When I’m not hurrying to work, I enjoy the slower pace of life these historic modes of transport offer. Favourite colour? Red. It attracts attention. Even my glasses are red. Favourite Hong Kong dishes? Egg waffles and egg tarts. They’re part of my childhood memories. I particularly like this one shop in Shau Kei Wan—there is always a long queue. Bucket list destination? Kyoto, for all its historic architecture. Most memorable destination? Hokkaido. It’s so beautiful when it snows. Best place to work? Home. I focus best there. But I get the best inspiration when I’m out and about. Coffee or tea? Bubble tea.
