Favourite place in Hong Kong? Home. Favourite book? The Comfort Book by Matt Haig. It’s filled with comforting things. It’s so sweet, lovely and heartwarming to read a list of things that make him happy. Favourite travel destination? I love New York. I love cities, but I also love being out in nature with no one else. Favourite scent? The one we made for Pye with [world-renowned scent designer] Dawn Goldworm. We scent our stores in it. We worked through the whole process and I really enjoyed it. I also love the smell of trees. Comfort dish? I like bread and butter. Favourite restaurant? I’m not a foodie. My office is next to the Grand Hyatt; there are weeks where I’ve had lunch three times at the Grand Hyatt coffee shop. I eat for sustenance. Favourite artwork? When I was younger, I remember…
