ITALIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BALL

A celebration of the best of Italy was the focus when the Italian Chamber of Commerce hosted more than 400 guests at The Ritz-Carlton. But as well as all the glitz and glam of the chamber’s 2015 ball, there was a serious purpose—to raise funds through the evening’s live auction for Women Helping Women Hong Kong (WHWHK), a charity that helps victims of domestic abuse. “The chamber is making corporate social responsibility a key driver of its activities,” chamber president Fabio De Rosa told the gathering. The Italian business community, led by luxury names in the worlds of fashion, cars and fine wine, had decided to play a part with WHWHK in dealing with the consequences of domestic abuse.
