The new year started on a high note for Wendy Law and Will Lam when they tied the knot at a lavish wedding reception at the Grand Hyatt. Planned with the help of Wendy’s good friend Amanda Lui, everything was perfect during the celebration. The modern-day Cinderella theme saw the opulent venue decorated like the fairy tale, from the castle atop the wedding cake to the carriage that decorated the entranceway and the performance from The Nutcracker. Will’s father, Lam Foo-wah, designed the menu, which featured a range of Chinese delicacies, and guests sipped on Château Lynch-Bages from the private collection of Wendy’s father, Law Kar-po.
