Boghossian’s Inlay Shine is a collection of contemporary creations that revive an ancient craft

The Inlay Shine collection by Boghossian is a selection of easily wearable high jewellery, each piece sculpted from slivers of 18-karat gold and framed by aquamarines, tourmalines, morganites and diamonds. Pear-cut drops hanging from tiny hoops and pared-back bands dusted with diamonds are perfect for the everyday; a modern approach to these pieces is to style them in unexpected ways; a ring slipped through fabric or woven into a sophisticated up-do, for example. But look a little closer and you’ll see the pieces are far from basic, and are exemplars of the maison’s extraordinary attention to detail. Architectural pendants, rings and earrings feature a spirited interplay of precious stones.
