GREEN MONDAY AND MARY MCCARTNEY DINNER AND PANEL TALK

David Yeung, the founder of the plant-based retail, dining and distribution network Green Monday, partnered with Mary McCartney, the British photographer and author of three well-known vegetarian cookbooks, for two events. The first was a private dinner at One Harbour Road at the Grand Hyatt, which was co-hosted by Hong Kong Tatler. It was the first time that One Harbour Road served a completely vegetarian menu, which included Omnipork, the first plant-based pork developed by Green Monday. David and Mary hosted a panel talk the following evening at K11 Atelier, which included a guest appearance by Canadian-Taiwanese actress and singer Karena Lam.
