After breaking the Hong Kong long jump record at the 2023 Asian Games, Tiffany Yue has her sights set on the Paris Olympics this year

Tiffany Yue Nga Yan says she’ll have a matcha latte with soy milk and no sugar when the Tatler team offers a coffee at her interview and photo shoot in October last year. As a full-time long jump athlete for the Hong Kong team, she has to be very disciplined about what she eats and drinks, as fluctuations in weight will affect her performance. She wouldn’t make an exception even when Tatler coaxed her away from her training sand pit in Sha Tin. Earlier that month, at the Asia Games in Hangzhou, Yue broke the Hong Kong long jump record, winning bronze in the women’s long jump category, which was a first for Hong Kong.
