Are new year’s resolutions effective? KAYE DONG YES “I absolutely love new year’s resolutions. I create a vision board for myself. My process involves three steps: I do an honest audit of every aspect of my life: career, family, relationships, social responsibility, health, personal development, hobbies and finances—and see where I’m at currently. And the second—this is the fun part—I visualise where I want to be in the next five years. This is where I get crystal clear on my goals and articulate them all with as much detail as possible.
