How to ensure your sunscreen provides maximum skin protection

1 Make sure you reapply sunscreen every couple of hours, or more frequently if you’re swimming or sweating heavily. People do not apply sunscreen as generously as they should. We should always pay attention to both direct and indirect (for example, rays reflecting off sand, water and snow) UV rays, especially while we’re at the pool or beach all day. 2 You should include at least four to five SPF products in your beauty wardrobe, so you can layer them for different purposes and maximum protection.
