Fashion’s Night Out

Glitz, glamour, haute couture and a guest list to die for: that was the K11 Night in a nutshell. On December 10, New World Development CEO Adrian Cheng and fashion icon Carine Roitfeld, founder and director of the CR media brand, joined forces to kick off Savoir-Faire: The Mastery of Craft in Fashion, an exhibition like no other, held at K11 Musea. At what will likely go down as the most talked-about fashion event in Asia in 2021, 450 style savants walked the gold carpet on the Avenue of Stars at Victoria Dockside, which was closed to non-guests for the evening. The event, dubbed by organisers as “the Met Gala of Asia”, was the region’s first multi-brand exhibition, showcasing haute couture and prêt-à-porter fashion from 22 of the world’s biggest designers…
