But often I’d be left wondering, what actually is self-care? And with such a bewildering options of wellness treatments now available, where do I start?
I wasn’t the only one. The more people I spoke to, the more admitted they didn’t know Ayurveda from adaptogenics, cupping from cryotherapy—but everyone wanted to learn more.
