HONG KONG TATLER BEST RESTAURANTS LAUNCH

As the sun set behind the South China Sea, a wave of movers and shakers from the food and beverage sectors of Hong Kong and Macau flooded The Ocean in Repulse Bay for a glittering cocktail party to launch the 2016 edition of Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants. The 260 guests, who included leading restaurateurs and chefs from the two cities, were treated to a diverse range of top-notch canapés and sushi featuring sustainable seafood courtesy of The Ocean, and free-flowing champagne from Perrier-Jouët. The highlight of the night was the presentation of the Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants Awards, including the eagerly awaited Top 20 List.…
