Hong Kong’s most influential creatives, philanthropists and entrepreneurs arrived at the M+ museum on December 20 for the 2021 Tatler Ball

On the dramatically windswept night of December 20, the M+ museum played host to 240 of Hong Kong’s most powerful and influential figures for the 2021 Tatler Ball. The guestlist for the long-awaited return of the event was highly edited, with invitations reserved primarily for those who earned a spot on Tatler’s inaugural Asia’s Most Influential (AMI) list, which recognised 2,000 people from the region across 20 categories. Hong Kong honourees present during the ball included movie star Donnie Yen; Peter Woo, head of the Wheelock Group; founding and managing partner of Sequoia Capital, Neil Shen; Emily Lam-Ho, founder of sustainability platform 8Shades; and Suhanya Raffel, museum director at M+.
