LABEL LOVER DANSE LENTE The London-based accessories label, whose name is French for “slow dance,” has been making waves among the fashion set for its elegant geometric handbags and, dare we say, affordable prices. It was founded by South Korean-born designer Youngwon Kim, who graduated from the London College of Fashion with a Masters degree in footwear. Kim draws inspiration from modernist architects and sculptors. Her bags make a quieter statement than the loud, logo-driven It bags of late. She focuses on clean lines and creative ways to fasten the hardware to mimic the shapes of modern buildings.
