CASTIGLION DEL BOSCO DINNER To mark the Year of the Rooster, Italy’s Castiglion del Bosco commissioned Chinese painter Shao Fan to design the labels for the latest release in its Zodiac Vintage collection, Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2010—Zodiac Rooster. Each year the Tuscan winery commissions a different Chinese artist to design the label for the new release. The gala dinner, held in the grand ballroom of the Four Seasons to celebrate the launch of the Brunello, also raised money for the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation through a live auction. The evening was hosted by the winery’s owner, Massimo Ferragamo, the youngest of the late Salvatore Ferragamo’s children.
