Celebrating Hong Kong Heritage

EVENTS On September 23, the city’s most beautiful people gathered in a dazzling display of support for the First Initiative Foundation’s (FIF) annual fundraising ball, held at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. With the theme Paper Poems: An Ode to Hong Kong Heritage, it transported attendees into a world of nostalgia, artistic performances and heartfelt giving. Paper lanterns adorned the venue. The ambience was one of a sense of pride and reverence for Hong Kong’s heritage. As guests arrived, they were greeted by a breathtaking physical and digital art installation by renowned visual effects director Victor Wong, along with an art collaboration by master paper-cut artist Li Yun-Xia and renowned paper makers StickyLine.
