The entrepreneur behind Lynk discusses the importance of having a network of experts

Peggy Choi aims to give the world access to better information. As the founder and CEO of Lynk, a pioneering knowledge-as-a-service platform that puts people who need business information in touch with people who have it, she set up the company in 2015 after previously working in private equity. It was while she was in finance that she realised that timely, relevant expert information could have a transformative effect on companies but was near-impossible for many to access. These days Lynk connects its customers to more than 840,000 experts, who have knowledge of more than 8,500 topics. In six years, it has grown to employ more than 250 people in eight offices across six countries, and in 2021 it received US$29 million in funding from investors including Brewer Lane Ventures,…
