For anyone wanting to clap eyes on Hong Kong’s most promising, accomplished and exciting young entrepreneurs, Salisterra was the place to be on October 27. Past and present members of the Gen.T community gathered for an evening of networking and gastronomy at The Upper House’s new Mediterranean restaurant. The guest list read like a who’s who of young makers and doers: Juliette Gimenez, co-founder of CEO of fashion app Goxip; Tommie Lo, founder and CEO of technology-focused education platform Preface; and Alvin Kwock, co-founder and CEO of fintech firm OneDegree, to name but a few. Chef Chris Czerwinski did not disappoint with a perfectly assembled menu of devilled eggs, beef carpaccio, burrata, red prawn strozzapreti pasta, chargrilled seabass, and Hokkaido scallops.
