The theme was Frosted and there was certainly some winter magic in the air—it was even snowing outside, or through the projected “windows” at least. Hosted by Cathy Lee and Chung To, who set up the Chi Heng Foundation, the evening raised more than HK$5 million for the charity, which helps children affected by HIV/Aids in China. Esther Ma was emcee and inspired generous pledges from guests including Emily Lam Ho, Anne Wang-Liu and Daisy Ho.…
