Cambridge graduate and entrepreneur ADRIAN CHEUNG decided to leave the world of corporate law behind and give Hong Kong diners something stellar to munch on

“I wanted to create a place where guests don’t need to shout in order to have a conversation,” Adrian Cheung says of Stellar House, his first foray into hospitality. The restaurant, which opened in Wan Chai late last month, serves traditional Cantonese food prepared by a local chef in a modern and sophisticated setting. Adrian is also launching a food truck called Crunch Munch. His BBQ Pork Crunch—a sandwich version of the Hong Kong classic BBQ pork rice—won him one of the 16 licences available under the government’s food truck pilot scheme (against a field of 192). It should be on the road by the end of the month or early next year.…
