Indian actor and designer Waris Ahluwalia was in town over the summer to launch Love Conquers All, a sparkling beverage with zero sugar or calories. Tatler caught up with him at The Upper House, where Love Conquers All was unveiled, to learn more about why the drink “feels like a party in your mouth”

“I have never drunk alcohol and [have] managed to party all over the world—and quite successfully too,” Waris Ahluwalia tells Tatler. “You could say I was ahead of the curve by a few decades.” The Indian American actor and designer is no stranger to the A-list scene, having appeared in several films, including The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (2004) directed by Wes Anderson, and Inside Man (2006) by Spike Lee. Besides acting, Ahluwalia is a mainstay in the world of fashion, art and design and is the founder of House of Waris Collection, a jewellery brand that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics.
