We can only begin to build on our hope for the future by ensuring that there is a future in the first place—for the planet, and for ourselves as individuals. These innovators on Asia’s Most Influential are not only envisioning the future but also actively creating it, bringing us closer to a reality where biodiversity and food security are ensured, and people have access to the scientific tools that allow them to prevent dreaded diseases or overcome them with targeted, personalised treatments.
