Lindsay Jang, of Ronin and Yardbird, is no stranger to Hong Kong’s discerning diners. The entrepreneur, who is an Asia’s Most Influential honouree, offered those in the city a sneak peek into her upcoming London culinary venture, the French-Mexican restaurant Dué, via a pop-up in March at Ronin. The concept is a partnership with chef Jesús Durón, formerly the executive chef of the globally renowned Mexico City restaurant Pujol, who brought his culinary flair to the Hong Kong pop-up. Now, the two are embarking on a world tour to showcase Dué, before it opens in 2025 in London.
