As part of the “Prada Invites” series under which the Italian brand collaborates with influential female artists around the globe, three architects—Cini Boeri, Elizabeth Diller and Kazuyo Sejima—have created innovative designs using Prada’s heritage nylon fabric. The pieces, which debuted at the spring/ summer 2019 ready-to-wear runway show, are a refreshed messenger bag by Boeri, a garment bag by Diller that can be transformed into a dress, and a playful fold-out purse (pictured) by Sejima that can be contorted into various shapes, including that of a flower.…
