These seasoned snacks are the perfect nosh during prep time, while parade-watching or as pre-feast fuel before the turkey hits the table.

SRIRACHA-MOLASSES PECANS Stir together 3 Tbsp. maple syrup and 3 Tbsp. Sriracha chili sauce. Add 2 cups pecans; stir to combine. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350° until fragrant and nuts start to brown, 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. THAI-CURRY PEANUTS Stir together 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise and 2 tsp. red or green curry paste. Add 2 cups salted peanuts; stir to combine. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°until fragrant and nuts start to brown, 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. OLD BAY MIXED NUTS Stir together 2 Tbsp. butter, 2 tsp. seafood seasoning and lemon zest, and ½ tsp. pepper sauce. Add 2 cups mixed nuts; stir to combine. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
